Eastland Stage 1 Chiller Replacement

[ Brief ]

Stage 1 plant-room consolidation across multiple historic plant zones, with new water-cooled chillers, cooling towers and BMS interlink pipework.

[ Challenge ]

Limited as-built documentation required full site survey to develop the concept brief. Dismantling and reassembly occurred in a confined plant room with height and load constraints.

[ Outcome ]

Optimised cooling efficiency and long-term operating cost reduction with minimal disruption to centre trading hours.
