Terms of service

Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Written scopes list what is included; anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it is done.

Maintenance rounds run on a set day. If weather stops a visit, we reschedule within the same week and you are not charged twice.

Cancellation, deposit and payment terms, along with any warranty on construction work, are still to be confirmed with the business. We will not publish a guarantee here until it says exactly what it covers.
